The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant to join our growing team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with 2-3 years of experience to build a career with a high-growth consultancy.
In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and shape strategies that drive revenue growth. You'll work across healthcare, life sciences, and technology sectors, providing consultative insights to senior stakeholders and executing initiatives that support client success.
Key Responsibilities· Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
· Consult with prospects and clients to understand their strategic objectives and design tailored commercial solutions
· Develop and implement business development plans aligned with client and company goals
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements
· Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and client performance to inform strategies
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to senior stakeholders
· Represent Thaver Consulting at industry conferences, networking events, and client forums
· Track and report on pipeline, opportunities, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
· Manage relationships with global clients across US, EU, and other regions
What We're Looking For
· 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or consulting
· Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline development
· Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
· Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Comfort working across multiple time zones (US, EU, and India hours)
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
· Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Technology sectors is advantageous
