About the Role

• Account Manager title
• Managing a large portfolio of restaurant accounts across the UK market
• Building strong relationships with clients to maximise retention and platform adoption
• Conducting regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
• Managing a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting clients with best practices, product adoption, and commercial recommendations
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Reporting into the Account Management Team Lead

About the Candidate

• 1+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management experience
• Experience managing a high volume of accounts is highly desirable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify upsell and growth opportunities
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience within SaaS, technology, hospitality, or digital platforms is advantageous
