Salary: £40,000 - £42,000

About the role:
You will lead the front-of-house team in delivering warm, generous and confident hospitality.
You’ll contribute to daily operations, from managing service flow and handling guest enquiries to supporting training, rostering and quality control. You will also champion our seasonal, ingredient-led menu, guiding guests and supporting the team in understanding our food, producers and values
