Working across both Holiday Inn Brentwood and Holiday Inn Basildon, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for people—developing new business, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring every client feels understood, valued, and inspired to return.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, and local partners
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities across both hotels
- Driving room, meeting, and events revenue through targeted sales activity
- Leading engaging site visits and showcasing the hotels with authenticity and pride
- Collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure promises made are promises delivered
- Keeping a clear focus on performance—tracking activity, conversion, and revenue growth
- Representing both hotels within the local community and wider commercial network
