📦 Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing operations team in the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in warehouse setup and operations management within the UK market, who is also able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse operations and team management
• Assist with warehouse setup, process optimisation, and operational planning
• Manage inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound processes, and KPI performance
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Ensure compliance with UK health & safety and warehouse standards

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience in the UK
• Experience with warehouse opening/setup projects is highly preferred
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
