About the Role


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.


The successful candidate will combine strong organisational skills with a hands-on approach, balancing office-based administration with occasional physical tasks related to sample and stock management. While some responsibilities are routine, every day brings new opportunities to learn, solve problems, and support both colleagues and customers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers and the wider sales team.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of product samples in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Assist in the management and organisation of the sample warehouse alongside the Sampling Assistant.
  • Maintain the sample library registry and retrieve samples as required.
  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional and hospitable experience for guests.
  • Liaise with delivery partners to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Work closely with customer support teams to ensure records, documentation, and administrative processes remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support stock management activities, including inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate and communicate business change updates across relevant stakeholders.


Skills & Experience


  • Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience managing databases and maintaining records.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.
