An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an iconic luxury maison celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, creative heritage, and timeless elegance.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to become a key ambassador within our Harrods boutique. This role is centred around CRM, client development, and relationship-led selling, making it ideal for a commercially driven luxury professional who excels at building and nurturing a high-value client portfolio.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client experience at every touchpoint
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clientele
  • Proactively drive client outreach through appointments, events, networking, and strategic CRM activities
  • Identify opportunities to grow and reactivate your client base, generating repeat business and referrals
  • Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge, craftsmanship stories, and heritage with clients
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to maximise commercial opportunities and boutique performance


.About You

  • Minimum 10 years' experience within Fine Jewellery, Fine Watches, Couture, or Quiet Luxury brands
  • Proven track record of delivering £1M+ annual sales performance
  • Strong CRM and clienteling expertise with experience managing a loyal and high-spending client portfolio
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create opportunities and drive business independently
  • Comfortable working within a considered, relationship-focused environment where success is built through proactive outreach rather than footfall alone
  • Passion for luxury craftsmanship, exceptional service, and long-term relationship building
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
