We are currently looking for an experienced Temporary Site Supervisor to oversee void/ Repair property refurbishments within the social housing sector in Swindon.

Requirements:

• Previous voids/refurbishment supervision experience
• SSSTS essential
• Valid DBS check
• Asbestos Awareness
• Working at Height
• Manual Handling
• Full UK driving licence

Duties Include:

• Managing void refurbishments from inspection to handover
• Coordinating operatives and subcontractors
• Monitoring quality, progress, and H&S compliance
• Completing inspections, reports, and toolbox talks
