An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join a well-established and growing insurance business based in Ruislip.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, winning new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients
• Identify and win new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients across a range of industries
• Understand client requirements and provide consultative insurance solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
• Generate and convert leads while supporting wider branch growth objectives
• Deliver exceptional client service and retention strategies

About You

• Previous experience within Commercial Insurance is essential
• Experience as a Commercial Account Executive, Account Handler, Broker, or similar insurance role
• Strong new business development and relationship management skills
• Confident communicating with clients at all levels
• Commercially aware, proactive, and target driven
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to build long-term client partnerships
