Responsible to: International Head of Communications

Location: Hybrid, 2 days PW in Uxbridge + occasional EU travel

The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Communications Manager to lead communications across our Beauty Accessories and Personal Care portfolio, including Eylure London, Elegant Touch, Bodycology and Dr Teal's.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, market leadership and consumer engagement across the UK and priority European markets. Operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day leadership, managing multiple brands, markets, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

You will lead and develop a team of three, providing clear direction, coaching and accountability while ensuring best-in-class execution across social media, influencer marketing, PR and social

commerce.


What You'll Be Responsible For


Communications Strategy

  • Develop and lead communications strategies across the UK and Europe, aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
  • Define KPIs and performance measures across PR, influencer, social media and social commerce activity.
  • Identify market, cultural and competitor trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive brand consistency and maximise opportunities across multiple territories.


Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of three communications professionals.
  • Set priorities, allocate resources and manage workloads across multiple brands and projects.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team can adapt quickly to changing business needs and market opportunities.


Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Own communications agency relationships across Europe.
  • Set clear briefs, challenge performance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives and ROI.
  • Present strategies, recommendations and results to senior leadership, distributors and key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across UK, European and US teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.


Social Media & Social Commerce

  • Own the strategic direction and performance of social media across Beauty Accessories and Personal Care brands.
  • Oversee organic and paid social activity across the UK and European markets.
  • Lead the development and expansion of social commerce initiatives, including TikTok Shop.
  • Ensure content strategies support both brand-building and commercial growth objectives.


PR & Influencer Marketing

  • Lead European PR and influencer strategies across active markets.
  • Partner closely with the UK PR team to ensure consistency and maximise impact.
  • Oversee agency planning and campaign execution, ensuring measurable results and strong ROI.
  • Support crisis communications planning alongside the International Head of Communications.


Performance & Budget Management

  • Manage communications budgets across multiple territories.
  • Analyse performance data and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver regular reporting to stakeholders, distributors and leadership teams.
  • Ensure all activity is commercially aligned and contributes to business growth.


About You

We're looking for a confident communications leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

You'll bring:

  • 5–7 years' experience in communications, social media and/or PR.
  • Previous experience in a management role with direct line management responsibility.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
  • Experience managing multiple brands, stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect communications activity to business performance.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in German and/or French would be advantageous.
