The Rol
eWe are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Contract Manager in Warrington, to lead the delivery of Lift modernisation and full replacement projects across occupied buildings and refurbishment sites
.You will be responsible for managing projects from order receipt through to final handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
.Projects will typically involve work in occupied residential, commercial, healthcare, and public buildings, as well as construction sites where existing buildings are being renovated. Success in this role requires strong planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver safely while minimising disruption to building users and other trades
