Are you a high-energy sales leader who excels at driving performance and closing?
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead, scale, and inspire our UK sales team. Unlike traditional sales roles that require heavy cold prospecting, this position focuses on conversion and execution. You will lead a squad of 4–5 Business Development Managers and Digital Strategists who inherit a high volume of leads generated at scale by our centralized Lead Gen department. Your mission is to ensure every lead is maximized, every strategist is coached to perfection, and the team consistently hits its revenue targets through rigorous performance management
