Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager who will work in the Surrey, Hampshire & London areas.
They are seeking an ambitious and motivated Contracts Manager to join their growing construction business, delivering a diverse range of projects across Surrey, Hampshire, and London. Ideally, candidates will be based within easy reach of Guildford, providing the flexibility to support multiple live projects across the region.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects across sectors including education, automotive, and healthcare. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously.

- Lead and support site teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, commercial outcomes, and operational delivery.
- Contribute to business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
