A growing, dynamic hospitality business is seeking a commercially minded and collaborative Head of Finance to join the team. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys turning financial data into actionable insight.

As the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading financial oversight across the business, working closely with the CFO.
• Managing and challenge outputs from outsourced finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Reviewing management accounts, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, providing actionable commercial insight.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and investment ROI analysis.
• Supporting strategic projects and board reporting.
• Driving improvements in financial systems, reporting, and operational performance.
• Overseeing statutory accounts, audits, and compliance matters.

About You:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in multi-site hospitality, retail, or leisure.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
• Commercially astute and confident in reviewing and challenging financial outputs.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with energy, humility, and a sense of fun.
• Passion for hospitality and building strong business relationships.
