Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Norwich

My client is a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering civil and infrastructure design across sectors including commercial, residential, and increasingly, data centres - a rapidly expanding and highly sought-after market.
What you will be doing as a Senior Civil Engineer?
You will play a key role in delivering infrastructure design projects from concept through to completion.
Leading highways, drainage, and infrastructure design
Managing project budgets, programmes, and resources
Providing technical oversight and ensuring regulatory compliance
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
Contributing to client relationships and business development
Working on large-scale data centre projects, a key growth area in the industry
What you will bring as a Senior Civil Engineer?
Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
Experience within a civil infrastructure design consultancy
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and drainage software
Understanding of BIM environments
Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
