We're recruiting an Assistant Manager for a well-established retail business in Southampton. This is a permanent position.

As assistant Manager you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, supporting the team, delivering great customer service, and stepping up to lead when it counts.

What's on offer:

£28,980 per annum

Monday to Friday with just 1 weekend in 3

Permanent role, interviews to take place immediately start date ASAP

What we're looking for:

Previous supervisory or assistant management experience (retail or customer-facing)

Confident with numbers, admin and compliance

Strong communicator - written and verbal

Someone who takes ownership and gets things done

Comfortable in a small, close-knit team environment
