We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing UK AI Fintech looking to add a Senior Full Stack Engineer to its team. Backed by strong investment and with significant momentum behind them, they’re entering a major phase of growth and scaling both their platform and engineering capability.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role within a collaborative engineering team, with the opportunity to shape both product and engineering as the business scales.

A key part of this hire is mindset.

What They’re Looking For

Essential:

• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Commercial experience with React and NestJS
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Strong understanding of architecture, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices

Highly Desirable:

• Daily user of AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar
• Passion for using AI and automation to improve engineering workflows
• Forward-thinking mindset with an interest in modern software delivery practices

Bonus:

• Experience in FinTech, lending, payments, or FCA-regulated environments
• Exposure to complex financial or ledger-based systems
