Operations Manager

Operations Manager Pertemps are currently working with a leading manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their new site operations, drive performance, and support continued business growth.Key Responsibilities as an Operations Manager:

• Lead manufacturing, supply chain and engineering operations

• Drive productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance

• Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop and lead high-performing operational teams

• Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards (AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience within an engineering and manufacturing operation

• CNC Knowledge, with precision engineering understanding

• Excellent management and large team leadership experience

• Proven ability to improve operational performance and lead teams

• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills

• Confident to support with large scale growth of the business
