Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Director of People Services to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Resources, you will step into a vital senior leadership role designed to shape our people agenda, lead cultural change, and drive continuous organisational improvement.
The Role & Responsibilities:
As a credible senior people leader, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, including:
- HR & Organisational Development (OD)
- Learning & Development
- Internal Communications & Engagement
- Wellbeing & EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion)

- Proven experience as a senior HR/OD leader in complex environments.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to steer teams through organisational change.
- A collaborative, strategic mindset aligned with our community-focused values.
